Step 2: Design and Book
Now this is when the fun begins! We’ll tweak your itinerary until it perfectly fits your travel vision. Then, we’ll work with our trusted travel partners to get you all booked—from flights and hotels/cruise cabins to special excursions and events.
Traveling with a group? Clear communication is key. We’ll provide you with an e-flyer to send out to your group with detailed travel information, a unique link so they can book their vacation package quickly, and/or a private Facebook group. We’ll even schedule another call with your whole group, so we can amp up excitement and share all the details about the trip, and so your travelers can get any of their questions answered!
Step 3: Prepare and Depart
We’ll make sure you’re fully prepared for your departure, by keeping you up to date with important destination information and travel advice. You’ll also receive all your travel documents from us (either printed out or via a special app), to make getting to your destination and checking in a total breeze.
Then, we’ll have one last pre-departure call where we’ll go over your travel documents, walk you through your itinerary, share our best travel tips, and answer any of your lingering questions. You’ll hang up prepared to walk out the door! Finally, once you depart, your Travel With Great Company team will still be “with you”—simply reach out if you encounter any travel hiccups, and we’ll get to work smoothing them over!
